                             Retailing Concept-Direct Selling                               

Ms. Renu Gautam, Ms Shankari Sardana and Ms Priya Benarjee,
Tupperware Agents, in discussion with Class IX Students of
Vocational (Retailing) on “Direct Selling”.
Ms Renu Gautam, Ms Shankari Sardana and Ms Priya Benarjee,Tupperware Agents were invited as Industry Expert to share his experience and views with the students of Class IX (Retailing) on “Direct Selling-Tupperware” wherein the students were helped to understand the concept of Direct Marketing through the example of Tuppeware.

 The students of Class IX, Vocational-Retailing in their syllabus had practiced Role Plays on different forms of retailing i.e Departmental Store, Direct Selling, Factory Outlet, Discount Store & Specialty Store. The above experts were called to give the students the actual exposure of Direct Selling. The Experts helped the students to understand the concept by giving them the presentation of “History of Tupperware”, what are advantages of joining the team and doing Direct Selling rather than selling these products in a Retail Store and finally how they can become a member of the team. The lecturer by this team was highly appreciated by the students as they gave feedback of learning the Direct Selling concept more practically and through the example of “Tupperware” they could enhance their knowledge about Retailing Concept.
